Write to help@vestawallet.xyz. We cannot recover a lost secret phrase or unlock password. Anyone asking for those words is not Vesta.

Before you write

• Confirm you still have the 12 or 24 word phrase, stored offline.
• Wrong password means the vault cannot decrypt. There is no reset by email.
• If a site asks you to type the phrase into a webpage, close it.

What we can help with

• Install of the Chrome extension, once the listing opens.
• Connecting a site, signing, swapping, or a failed send you already confirmed.
